Float Glass is produced by the float process with the addition of small quantities of metal oxides to color the normal clear glass mix. Tinted glass coloration is achieved through adding metal oxides at the smelting stage. Tinted float glass has excellent solar control properties.

Globalstar Aluminum mirror is produced in the vacuum magnetron sputtering system. melt aluminum is splash on high quality float glass in the vacuum chamber, then coated with two layers of lead-free waterproof paint. It adopted the recent horizontal production line instead of the old vacuum chamber. the reflectivity is equal from the mirror middle to the mirror edge. Magnetron sputtering aluminum mirror with good cutting and beveling effect than the old one. The edge paint seldom crack during hard deep processing.
1.Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 620 degree centigrade. Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile. 2.It is 5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness. 3. Stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass 4. If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.
Silver mirror is created by splashing a thin chemical silver coating and copper coating onto the glass,which are then processed by double layers of highly resistant protective paints.This improved manufacturing process also improves the optical quality of the product and significantly increases its longevity through a better resistance to corrosion.
