PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
In case of fire, as the glass sheet on the fire side shatters, Bergel layer (Single Glazed Unit) expands and becomes opaque at about 120oC, providing thermal insulation and protecting the integrity of the glass. It prevents smoke, toxic gases, flame and heat from passing to the non-fire side (cold side).
