Automatic glass cutting line comes with automatic loading system and glass breaking table for float glass, special glass types or Low-E glass using the cutting wheel technology. With its loading unit the line is able to load glass sheets from the different glass racks automatically from both sides. The cutting table is also equipped with a metallic brush system, which removes soft coatings from glass sheets easily with maximum quality. Standard shapes, imported shapes or scanned shapes can be cut with ease. The CNC program automatically adjusts the maximum axis speed and acceleration for cutting process regarding the optimization results and minimizes the movement of the axis and ensures the shortest possible cutting and grinding times. After the glass sheet is cut the glass is transferred to the breaking table for separation. With its integrated labelling device and applicator on cutting bridge the glass labels can be applied on the glass sheets. The Automatic Labelling System is the best solution for obtaining the identification (free from human errors) of the glass and consequently the most efficient organization of post-processes within the factory

Laminated glass cutting line is a semi-automatic machine for cutting laminated glass sheets. The glass sheet is loaded through loading table which has tilting feature. After the glass sheet is loaded the operator moves the glass sheet to the cutting bridge manually by aid of air cushion system. Positioning and aligning the sheet to the cutting table is performed by entering the dimension of the glass. After the dimension is given the machine will automatically positions the glass for cutting. Afterwards, by the command of the operator the machine starts cutting process. Stop rollers are built in the table top of the downstream aircushion or breaking table. Two jointly driven cutting heads place the cut on the upper and lower surfaces of a laminated glass sheet simultaneously. Following cutting the heating resistances come up and heat the PVB material. After enough time of heating, the upper and lower cutting lines are broken open with a separate breaking roller system respectively

Glass washing line with servo panel press with argon gas filling press can assemble and press double, triple or structural (step, facade) glazed IG units as a standard. The machine holds the first glass panel in suspension on a rubber made, anti-oil board equipped with independent suction cups and a quick release mechanism. The second panel, on which a butyled aluminium frame has been mounted, is positioned and stabilized by means of an air cushion. The movable section automatically brings the first panel onto the second one, pressing them uniformly, automatically adapting pressure according to the size of panels. The press is completely automated and controlled by a PLC and has feature of online argon gas filling automatically. All functions can be operated from a multi-language and user friendly touch screen.

Automatic glass sealing robot carries out the final sealing of the insulating glass panels, providing accurate sealing of the angles and assuring high operating speed and throughput. The slanted transport system, which has no contact with the panels during the sealing phase, minimises panel smears, reduces friction on glass sheets and allows to process big and heavyweight units. The machine automatically can seal double, triple and structural (façade) glasses with maximum quality. Integrated high pressure cleaning system with solvent for auto flushing. This system has PC based control panel that replaces all the manual functions, for user-friendly machine operation.

Automatic spacer cutting and bending machine, with a support platform at a 45-degree angle to manufacture spacer frames at any selectable angle. For steel and aluminium profiles, as well as for filling with drying agent following bending. The automatic feeding system delivers the long bars directly from storage and connects together to have the endless spacers

Automatic Desiccant Filling Machine, fills both sides of the spacer frame simultaneously. This operation, like the subsequent automatic closure of the holes by butyl material is performed electronically. The machine has special designed system to check the spacers and when the spacers filled with desiccant material completely then the filling operation will be stopped automatically

Butyl Extruder, can process frames from 6 to 24 mm width. The feeding nozzles can be positioned to deliver uniform sealing. Pneumatic operation of the butyl process is controlled by a PLC that electronically regulates the temperature of the butyl heaters. A timer enables the pre-heating of butyl ahead of the start of operation. Automatic start and stop system which can be set by operator panel. By this way the machine will be ready to start automatically in work days and stopped at end of the day

CNC vertical glass arrising (seaming) machine with diamond tool is designed to seam sharp edges of the cut glass or make edging in a fully automatic cycle before insulating glass unit production or tempered glass production. Seaming process can be done with maximum cycle and speed automatically. Based on vertical structure, special diamond tools breaks the back and front side of the glass sheets and seam. Seamed edge or edged glass is adjusted automatically while seaming automatically depends on the glass thickness. The machine is equipped with automatic measuring system for glass sheet s length, height and thickness with waterproof servo motors. Water cycling system is provided with the machine as a standard feature.

Convection glass tempering furnace consists in detail with loading section, heating section with top and bottom forced convection heating system, flat quench/cooling section and unloading section, blower system, electrical control system. The equipment adopts bidirectional arrangement. Flat sheets of glass from the loading station into the furnace, after heating through furnace to air grid cooling section for flat sheet segment cooling, the final product reaches the unloading station unloading flat sheet

Laminated glass production line is designed to produce laminated glass by choice of dimensions. The line is integrated with loading and unloading tables, horizontal glass washing machine, assembly station, pressing and convectional heating sections.
