A window spacer profile is used to produce insulating glass. It creates space between 2 glass panes and contains molecular sieves inside which stop fogging of the insulating glass installed to the windows of buildings. Primary and secondary sealants are applied to the glass panes together with spacer profile to complete the combination and have a good sealed insulating glass unit which can withstand different temperature conditions.

t is a crystal porous material which stores moisture within itself and that is used to adsorb water vapor inside the spacer bar between two glasses in the thermal insulation system. These crystals are characterized by a three-dimensional pore system, with precisely defined pore diameter.

Secondary sealant Polysulphide is a special sealing compound used for manufacturing insulating glass units. It is a 2-component sealing material which has excellent adhesion to flat surfaces such as glass, aluminium or steel. Mixture made from 1 part of B Component and 10 parts of A Component and applied all around the insulating glass unit can stop permeability of water and keep the windows safe for long years.

Butyl is a solvent free, one component sealant for manufacturing insulating glass units. It has a very low water permeability; good adhesion to glass, aluminium and steel. It also has a good ageing resistance.
