NEDEX, which has been producing molecular sieve since 1999, is the only brand in the world focusing only on the insulating glass sector, supplying 35% of the molecular sieve amount in the world market and they are used in more than 60 countries.
NEDEX produces polysulfide based sealants named KU-83, PS-018, PS-002 and ARCOL. NEDEX polysulfide sealant is produced to be used in insulated glasses.It has very low permeability water and gas. It has very advanced chemical properties. Polysulfide sealants are recommended to be mixed with a volumetric ratio of 10:1 for A and B components. NEDEX polysulfide based outer sealants KU-83 and PS-018 are for Insulating Glass Units with specifications according to EN 1279:2018.
NEDEX is producing polyisobutylen based primary sealants, KU-83B and PIB-996 for insulated glass industry in Eskisehir/Turkey. NEDEX butyl sealant is especially designed to reach very low gas and moisture penetration rates. Butyl is also known as a solution for internal insulation in insulated glasses. It has one black component and without solvent. It has good adhesions properties to glass and metal. NEDEX butyl can be packed in slugs and cans as 7 kg (standard); 2,5 kg and 1 kg. NEDEX insulating glass primary sealants KU-83B and PIB-996 are for Insulating Glass Units with specifications according to EN 1279:2018.
Aluminium spacers are the first types of spacers manufactured by NEDEX. In order to meet the requirements of various markets, aluminium spacers are produced in many dimensions for insulating glass. NEDEX Aluminium spacers are certified and meet all conditions for the production of insulating glass according to EN1279:2018.
NEDEX warm edge spacers (NANOBAR) have lowest Σλd- and Ψ-values. Nedex warm edge spacers can be produced in widths between 8-24 mm. NANOBAR warm edge spacers are for Insulating Glass Units with specifications according EN 1279:2018.
